does anyone know about criminal records?

mah friend is trying to get a job in warehouse but she has a felony t hat is over 7 years old and arent they supposed to come off her record after her 7 years. this thing is like 12 syears old? hardly anywarehouse places are calling and she is having to go thru staffing agencies cause she cant get on in anywarehouse. where are the best places to work and not bringing the issue up for convicted felons? and is is supposed to come off your record?
