Does anyone know about EPSO?

Hi everyone. Has any of you applied for the jobs published by European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO)? The jobs are meant for the ones who'd like to work for European Commission and European Parliament. I'd like to know what to learn for this exam, cause there is no bibliography and my exam is in October. I'm running out of time and the competition is really high for which I have to be very well prepared. Any info is welcome. Thanks.
