Does anyone know a searchable database of european employers with divisions in the US based?

I am trying to find my next job and instead of just looking for who is hiring, I would like to choose the companies that I am interested in and then start monitoring for the opernings that interest me. Criteria would include (European Parent - Potential European travel), Profitable, Under 500 employees (still entrepreneurial), geographically located close to home (no need to relocate). Is their a website or database that offers this type of information?
