does anyone here work or have worked for limited too?

i work for limited too, i've been there for a year and everytime i'm there i bust my *. and i've just been getting more and more frusterated with the company. i've been there more than 6 months longer than the other employees in my position and they all make more money then me! i asked my boss how i can get a raise or promoted and she said she didnt even have the authority to give me a raise that i would have to wait until ';raise time'; and that she'd put in a good word and that the company will give me as much of a raise as possible...come to find out from the asst. manager that ';raise time'; was in april! what gives and why didnt i get a raise then? they keep trying to give me more hours but it doesnt really help when the most they can give me is 20 a wk and i make 6.50! i have another part time job as well.but i'm more comfortable here, does anyone else have issues working for this company? and if you're a sales associate or manager would you mind sharing your hourly wage?
